Delivery times

When will I receive my order?

For Dutch & European orders it takes 5 to 8 working days before you receive your order. For international orders outside Europe, delivery takes between 10 and 20 working days. The exact delivery time depends on your location and the product.

From where will my order be shipped?

We deliver from our partners in Europe or the United States. Your order will be delivered from your nearest location. We deliver worldwide.

Will there be a customs fee on top of the price of my order?

There may be an additional tax or customs charge for international orders (outside the EU or US). We have no control over these charges, if any. These charges are imposed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you would like to receive more information about these charges, please contact your local customs office.

My order should already have been delivered. What should I do now?

Before contacting us, please observe the following:
– Check any incorrectly provided address information;
– Check the status of any delivery to the parcel service (PostNL or USPS);
– Check whether your parcel has been delivered to the neighbors;

If you have gone through the above steps and the parcel has not arrived, please contact us. You can mail to info@yeshua.academy stating your order number.

To make sure your order reaches you and if you are not able to receive the parcel yourself. Please make sure that you provide an address that you are sure can be delivered.
