Can I get my money back if I’m not satisfied?
If you are not satisfied with your order you can return it to us within 14 days without giving a reason. Before returning a product, please contact us. You can send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that returned products can not be processed without notice. The shipping costs of the return will be for your account.
In order to be eligible for a refund of your costs, the product must have been received by us in its original condition and packaging, exactly as you received it. In addition, the product may not have been used more than reasonably necessary to conclude that the product is not satisfactory. For example, the fitting of a t-shirt is allowed, but the actual wearing of it is not. We will proceed to compensation if, after inspection, the product proves to be complete and in good & original condition.
Gift cards and products on sale are excluded from being returned.
Can I exchange my product for another size or colour?
Unfortunately we do not offer the possibility to exchange products. If you still want a different size or color, you can place a new order. The unwanted item will be returned to us after registration.
We do our best to add as specific a description as possible to our products that are available in different sizes or colors. Should you believe that our description is not accurate enough and that you have made a choice based on our wrong description. Please contact us in that case. We will do our best to provide you with a suitable solution.
